Once you place your order, we'll
- Research your event (on the event website) for content to place within your email.
- Build the template in your CRM marketing dashboard.
- Send you a proof.
- Make a round of edits (most text and graphics can be edited, but the general layout and coloring will usually remain the same).
- Send you an updated proof.
- Schedule it based on the send date(s), times, and list parameters you provide (unless you'd rather handle that yourself).
*Pro Tip: use the CRM's search around a zip radius (and in some cases tags noting people who've been to that event before) to narrow whom you'll send that invite to.
*All emails are copyrighted and cannot be shared or sold to others.
Pricing:
$185 - New template plus VAI customizing template for you: VAI team researches event for content to put in your email, customizing template, and scheduling. (We can schedule more than once for longer-running events at no extra cost.)
$146 - New template only: You handle ALL editing, customizing, and scheduling. Please note some templates may be difficult to self-edit.
$94 - Repurposing a VAI template already purchased: VAI team researches the new event, edits and schedules the emails for you. This is also the service fee for the Free Member Templates.
